Timber construction and facade for the new building of a nursing school (school for training in nursing professions) on the site of the Gesundheitscampus at the Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin (ukb). The subject of the tender is the construction of the new nursing school building in timber-concrete hybrid construction, including the building envelope. The services include, in particular, timber construction and integrated steel construction work, HBV ceilings, windows and facade doors, post-and-beam facade and sun protection, timber and metal facades, roof waterproofing and roof greening work, as well as steel construction work for balconies, external stairs, railings and handrails. The services will be awarded in four lots.
