Germany – Refuse collection services – Sammlung, Transport und Vermarktung von Altpapier aus dem Landkreis Tirschenreuth

The district of Tirschenreuth intends to tender the collection of waste paper in the collection system (including container management) within the district area, its transport and marketing. The subject of this tender are therefore the following services: - Monthly collection of 240l paper bins in the district area of Tirschenreuth (containers are the property of the AG) - Monthly collection of 1,100l paper containers in the district area of Tirschenreuth (containers are the property of the AG) - Collection, emptying and re-erection of the AG's own roll-off press (22cbm) at the recycling collection point Steinmühle - Provision of a 7.5 cbm front-end loading container at the recycling collection point and emptying on demand, incl. maintenance/repair - Provision of 7.5cbm front-end loading containers in district municipalities (supervised locations: e.g. on municipal works yards (max. 5 units)) and their regular emptying, if required during the contract period, incl. maintenance/repair - Route planning (incl. integration of new objects into the existing route planning) - Transloading and transport of the PPK quantity taken over to a disposal facility of the contractor - Marketing of the PPK quantity taken over / preparation and disposal - Sorting out of contaminants which arise during the sorting or disposal process; this also includes their disposal and the transport required for this, if necessary - Container management - Container repair - Provision of the necessary documents according to § 17 VerpackG (resp. § 34 VerpackDG) to the dual systems on behalf of the AG (quantity reports) - Obligation to physically hand over waste paper to dual systems, if necessary
