The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for Epoetin alfa and Epoetin zeta. The contract will be concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.07.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 30.06.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
