France – Software package and information systems – ACQUISITION DE LICENCES ET DE PRESTATIONS GOOGLE WORKSPACE POUR LA CMAR PACA

The present framework agreement aims to acquire and renew Google Workspace Licences, as well as the associated support services. Since 2016, the Google Workspace collaborative suite has been used by the staff, elected officials and apprentices of the Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat de Région PACA. The licences must be renewed for the following two (2) domains: 1) cmar-paca.fr 2) urma-paca.fr. The description of the expected services is indicated in the CCTP and the BPU attached to the DCE. The present framework agreement is awarded according to the formalised procedure. This is an open tender in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code de la commande publique. The services are subject to a single-provider framework agreement that is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and a financial maximum. The purchase orders may be issued until the expiry of the validity of the framework agreement.
