The description of the envisaged works is provided in the thermal studies. The design team must therefore possess: • Competencies in the rehabilitation of energy-efficient buildings • The necessary technical expertise, particularly in the areas of energy and HVAC, to design and propose a project that meets the energy performance requirements and optimizes the building envelope and systems in place • The design team, specializing in energy efficiency, must be able to demonstrate through studies, and in particular through dynamic thermal simulation, that summer and winter comfort will be ensured in the renovated buildings • Experience in the implementation of biosourced materials The present consultation concerns the execution of a design mission for the implementation of the following works: Energy modernization of schools
