The supplier shall, on behalf of the contracting authority, provide AMA expertise in relation to advice and support for AMA procedures already initiated by external parties. The expertise is required for various stages of a project, for example, prior to the announcement of the procurement, during the execution of the contract and during the contract period. Some internal AMA training at the contracting authority may also occur.
