Poland – Refuse disposal and treatment – Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Miasto Zgierz

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of the service consisting of: a) collecting and disposing of municipal waste originating from property owners, where residents live, located in the area of the Municipality of Miasto Zgierz, collecting and disposing of municipal waste originating from premises, where residents do not live, but municipal waste is generated, located in a multi-family residential building, located in the area of the Municipality of Miasto Zgierz, b) collecting and disposing of municipal waste originating from the uninhabited part of the property, where municipal waste is generated, located on a property with a single-family building, c) equipping the indicated points with containers for collecting medicines and collecting and disposing of the collected medicines, d) collecting and disposing of small electrical and electronic equipment from containers indicated by the Contracting Authority, e) operating a Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste in the area of the Municipality of Miasto Zgierz, to which municipal waste from properties, where residents live, located in the area of the Municipality of Miasto Zgierz, will be delivered, f) providing property owners with a waste collection schedule along with informational materials related to the Municipal Waste Management System in the area of the Municipality of Miasto Zgierz, g) providing and delivering property owners with bags for selective collection: of metals and plastics, paper, glass; 2) The implementation period of the subject of the contract in terms of collecting and disposing of municipal waste will start on 1 January 2027 and will last until the services resulting from the contract are completed for the total value specified in § 3(2) of the contract, but no later than 31.12.2027; 3) The periods and deadlines for the implementation of individual services are specified in the contract and its annexes. The Contractor undertakes to remain ready to perform the subject of the contract and to commence the implementation of the subject of the contract within the period indicated above, where: a) the Contractor will complete all actions allowing for the launch from the day of commencement of the implementation of the order PSZOK, which is at his disposal, b) the Contractor will equip the points indicated by the Contracting Authority with containers, as mentioned in point 1, for medicines by the day of commencement of the implementation of the order, c) the Contractor will provide property owners with a waste collection schedule immediately after receipt from the Contracting Authority, but no later than 31 December 2026.
