3.2. The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of waste from the area of the Municipality of Tuchów and the creation and operation of a Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) divided into 3 parts: 3.2.1. Part 1 – Collection and disposal of municipal waste from residential properties in the area of the Municipality of Tuchów and from PSZOK in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 3.2.2. Part 2 – Collection and disposal of municipal waste from uninhabited buildings, owned by the Municipality of Tuchów and from public utility areas of the City and Municipality of Tuchów in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, along with additional options: servicing illegal landfills, World Cleanup Day actions organised in the Municipality of Tuchów and collection of medical waste. 3.2.3. Part 3 – Creation and operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.
