The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and maintenance services for the facilities of the University of Natural Sciences in Poznań, including the supply of cleaning agents necessary for their implementation. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers. The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 parts. The contracting authority specifies that an offer can be submitted in relation to 3 (three) parts of the contract chosen by the Contractor. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in each part is specified in Annexes A - G, respectively for each part. The Contractor will provide the cleaning service under their own supervision, using professional cleaning agents and professional equipment. The Contractor is obligated to cover the costs of purchasing cleaning, disinfecting, fragrant agents, and waste bags. As part of the service provided, the Contractor is obligated, in particular, to supply fragrant agents, toilet hangers, liquid soap, paper towels, and soft toilet paper. Cleaning includes: teaching spaces (lecture halls, auditoriums, exercise rooms, language rooms, laboratories, workshops, reading rooms, offices of academic and teaching staff), administrative and office spaces, student rooms, kitchens, laundries, corridors, halls, stairwells, communication corridors, utility and technical rooms, porter's lodges, changing rooms, elevators, WC facilities including booths or showers, and washing other surfaces such as: wall panels and coverings, doors and glazed entrances along with glazed surfaces inside the building (excluding window washing) and balustrades. Cleaning also includes cleaning rooms after completed renovations. In student houses, the service includes window washing according to the detailed description of the subject of the contract specified in Annex G to SWZ. Cleaning does not include: scientific research equipment, laboratory research and technical equipment, computer equipment, exercise equipment, collections, exhibits, and libraries.
