Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Odbiór, zbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu Gminy Wrocław w obrębie Sektora 1

In the course of executing the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:

1) Equip the managed properties with containers, maintain them in a proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition, and supply bags intended for collecting municipal waste in a quantity necessary to ensure the proper implementation of the service,

2) Collect, gather, transport and dispose of municipal waste collected directly from the managed property areas,

3) Implement notifications sent by the Contracting Authority regarding the exchange/replacement/removal of containers from the managed properties,

4) Collect, gather, transport and dispose of waste from the selective collection of bulky waste collected in publicly accessible containers,

5) Collect, gather, transport and dispose of waste from the selective collection of bulky waste collected in a mobile system,

6) Collect, gather, transport and dispose of waste from the selective collection of biowaste consisting of plant parts originating from the maintenance of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries, collected in an active manner,

7) Collect, gather, transport and dispose of waste from the selective collection of expired medicines,

8) Remove waste accumulated in places not intended for this purpose,

9) Carry out emergency works,

10) Collect, transport and dispose of used syringes and needles,

11) Collect, transport and dispose of waste collected using SZOP and SZOT operating in the Sector,

12) Achieve/report annual levels of waste disposal,

13) Prepare reports and balances in the field of performed activities and achieved annual levels of waste disposal.
