This is a reversion of the previous procurement procedure in accordance with the cancellation reasons pursuant to § 63 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 4 VgV analogous to the previous procurement procedure with the designation "DOB.0100 (Copy)", Notice ID: CXP4DLEMSJ3. The present procurement procedure concerns the tendering of catering services (concession) pursuant to § 12 KonzVgV in conjunction with § 15 para. 2, 4 VgV. I. Information about the Contract 1. General The Deutsche Oper Berlin, with its 1,865 seats, is the largest opera house in Berlin and the second-largest opera stage in Germany. Since its opening in 1912, the institution has enjoyed an outstanding international reputation as a venue for the great opera repertoire. Shaped by significant chief conductors, directors, and artists, the house stands for artistic excellence and a tradition-rich, globally recognized performance culture. With the start of the 2026/27 season and the directorship of Mr. Aviel Cahn, the Deutsche Oper Berlin is opening a new chapter in its history, characterized by innovation, international orientation, and new energy. In this context, the catering operation of the house will be retendered for the summer of 2027. Note: This procurement procedure will be conducted under the conditions of the Concessions Awarding Regulation (KonzVgV). 2. Contracting Authority The contracting authorities/concession grantors of the procedure are 1) Stiftung Oper in Berlin represented by the Deutsche Oper Berlin Richard-Wagner-Straße 10 10585 Berlin and 2) Deutsche Oper Berlin Vermarktungs GmbH Richard-Wagner-Straße 10 10585 Berlin. For this procurement procedure, the contracting authority at 1) is the lead authority. 3. Subject of the procedure The subject of this procedure is the takeover of all catering services of the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
