1) The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and installation of accommodation equipment, i.e. wooden furniture, certified metal lockers and seating for the equipment of the building under the management of KWP in Gorzów Wlkp., divided into parts as follows: Part 1: Purchase, delivery and installation of wooden furniture; Part 2: Purchase, delivery and installation of seating; Part 3: Purchase, delivery and installation of certified metal lockers. 2) The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 8 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter OPZ). 3) CPV code: Main: 39100000-3, additional: 39130000-2, 39110000-6; 4) Details regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract, place of delivery, deadline and payment terms and other legal regulations are contained in the Contract Project - Annex 5 to the SWZ (common for all parts) 5) The contractor must offer and implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and its annexes. 6) All annexes to the SWZ are an integral part of it.
