The municipality of Kressbronn am Bodensee plans the ecological renovation of the school swimming pool from the 1970s. The indoor pool at Maicher Straße in Kressbronn has been a fixed part of the municipal sports and leisure landscape for decades. It fulfills a central function for school, club and recreational sports and is also an important meeting place and health promotion center for the entire population. The indoor pool Kressbronn is also of great importance for the six directly surrounding municipalities Tettnang, Meckenbeuren, Bodolz, Nonnenhorn, Eriskirch and Wasserburg, whose approximately 48,000 inhabitants use the indoor pool. In addition to school swimming, the pool also offers rehabilitation and health courses from the VHS. Senior swimming, swimming courses and normal public use complete the 60-hour bathing operation per week. Built in 1970-1971, the building core structure shows the typical 70s style with low thermal insulation. The heat supply is provided via a district heating supply from the educational center Parkschule. The indoor pool has a single-story building with changing and sanitary areas in the northern part. This area is to be renovated and restructured. The southern half of the building houses the 25m swimming pool. As part of the renovation measures, this part of the building is to be dismantled down to the rough floor level. Subsequently, the facades and the roof are to be rebuilt. For the services of building and interior design according to §§ 33, 34 HOAI from LPH 3 - 8, 9, a suitable architectural office with experience in swimming pools and with public clients is sought. LPH 2 should be checked, this service will be remunerated at 3% v.H. The contract will be awarded in stages. In the first stage, phases 3 and 4 will be commissioned. There is no legal entitlement to the further commissioning of the respective subsequent performance stage.
