Sweden – Software package and information systems – Digital applikation för produktions- och kapacitetsplanering (PKS)

Region Värmland (the region) is procuring a Digital application for production and capacity planning (PKS). PKS is to be implemented throughout the entire health and social care sector within the region, including dental care.

The supplier shall:

Provide, free of charge for the entire contract period, the licenses that the solution requires based on the stipulated requirements in the contract object and that the Region does not provide according to Appendix 9, Description of IT Environment.

Be fully responsible for ensuring that the applicable laws, regulations and provisions regarding the service are complied with.

Throughout the contract period, actively support the Region in the development of processes that the solution supports.

Have a continuity management for its commitment to the Region.

Manage and deliver the agreed solution according to Appendix 6, Service Levels (SLA) and Appendix 3, Management.

The solution shall be delivered as an overall commitment via a SaaS service.

Delivered as a standard system, which shall contain a number of well-defined and ready-made functions with associated interfaces. By ready-made functions, code that is provided, supported, maintained and further developed by the supplier is meant. The solution may in turn, by the supplier, be composed of several components such as different systems, platforms and third-party products. The supplier shall be responsible for and manage any problems between the included components.

Delivered in the form of a service that means that users can use the solution via the Internet and the Region's intranet.

Be a functional solution, which is developed during the contract period, and offers more and better support for the operations in the future.

Be based on a concept that is modern today and that follows the market's development in terms of functions and technology.

Be an effective tool for the users that minimizes manual intervention.

Be perceived as easy to use and be a self-instructing aid.
