France – Lift-maintenance services – Entretien et réparation des ascenseurs, monte-charges et plates-formes des établissements relevant de la Ville de Malakoff

This contract is subject to the provisions of the Public Procurement Code. This document is referred to as "the Code" throughout the tender documents. Classified as a services contract, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG "Supplies and Services" approved by a Decree of 30 March 2021. The present contract is awarded under the open tender procedure in accordance with Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The present tender will result in a "composite" framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part treated as a standard contract, and a part treated as a framework agreement with purchase orders. It is composed of an ordinary part concerning the preventive maintenance mission and another part with purchase orders concerning corrective maintenance.
