France – Repair and maintenance services of testing apparatus – Etude et réalisation pour la modification des galets de guidage de la plateforme du B600 sur le site de DGA TH à Val de Reuil

This is a defence or security contract, divided into lots. The present contract concerns the study and implementation of modifications to the guide rollers of the platform of the test bench known as B600 of DGA Techniques hydrodynamiques. DGA TH has a towing basin 550 meters long, on which a platform moves, towing the tested models. This platform consists of an asymmetric tubular structure 18 m long, 16 m wide, weighing approximately 120 tonnes, running on steel rails and moving above the basin at a maximum speed of 12 m/s. The platform is guided on the rail by a guide device composed of 2 sets of 4 guide rollers located on the lower track. The lateral guide device of the platform on the rails must be replaced and modified in order to eliminate recurrent problems of vibrations and shocks related to these rollers. *************************************************************************************** It is specified that the deadline for submission of tenders is 04/05/2026 at 12:00 (Paris time). Those listed in section 5.1.12 are in UTC format. *********************************************************************************************************************************************** The contract may include one or more optional lots, according to the modalities that will be explained in the consultation dossier. The services that are the subject of optional lots are likely to be added to the services ordered on a firm basis. The buyer reserves the right not to confirm these lots. ********************************************************************************************************************************************** Candidates must indicate whether they are applying individually or as a group. It is forbidden for candidates to submit, for the framework agreement, several offers by acting at the same time: 1. as individual candidates and as members of one or more groups; 2. as members of several groups. The composition of the groups cannot be modified between the application and the submission of the offer. Furthermore, the provisions of Articles R2142-23 and R2342-14 of the CCP apply. ************************************************************************************************************************************************ Signature of documents: The documents contained in the application file requiring a signature must be signed by a person authorized to commit the company (with indication of the name, first name, position of the signatory, and with the company's stamp). Each document for which a signature is required must be signed electronically and separately by a person authorized to commit the company (cf.
