The subject of the contract are the services of building and interior design planning according to HOAI 2021 § 35, phases 1-9. The subject of the planning is the renovation and expansion of the primary school, Julius-Sax-Straße 27, 93333 Neustadt a.d. Donau. For KGR 300/400, costs of approximately 8.5 million € net are estimated. A feasibility study is available and will be attached to the invitation documents. This feasibility study is not to be understood as a preliminary design. Upon completion of the competition, the 5-7 most suitable bidders, or in the case of equal suitability, the selected bidders, will be invited to submit a tender and participate in the negotiations. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract based on the first offer. The contract will be awarded according to the award criteria and their weighting as stated in the contract documents. The service will be provided immediately after completion of the VgV procedure. It is intended to carry out the measure in one go, provided that there are no significant or unforeseen reasons to the contrary. The requirements for the provision of services may necessitate frequent or short-notice coordination meetings on site. Economic implementation has top priority.
