Netherlands – Procurement consultancy services – Aanbesteding inkoopadviesdiensten

This tender guidance has been drawn up for the procurement of Procurement Advisory Services by Stichting Carmelcollege (hereinafter: Carmel). This document provides a description of the assignment, as well as all applicable requirements and conditions. In the coming years, Carmel and its clusters/institutions (hereinafter also referred to as the Contracting Authority or the Purchaser) will carry out a large number of (European) procurements. These mainly involve European procurements (complex and regular) and, in addition, negotiated procedures with prior publication and European non-open procurements. The current framework agreement with Inkada B.V. for procurement advisory services will expire by operation of law. Carmel wishes to procure the service provision again in a European manner after the expiry of the Framework Agreement. The estimated annual value amounts to an average of €175,000,- excl. VAT per year. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement has been set at €1,400,000,- excl. VAT.
