Reason for the Tender

The University of Maastricht has a need for the delivery, installation and servicing of gym equipment for UM SPORTS. This is a new procurement after no award has taken place from Tender 198238-2026.

Objective and intended result

The objective of this procurement is an attractive and optimal layout and equipped fitness room of the university Sports Centre. The intended result of this procurement is the selection of one Contractor for the supply, installation and maintenance of fitness equipment (strength and cardio) with which the Agreement is entered into for the period as described in this Tender. The Agreement should contribute to the mission and vision of UM SPORTS. Optionally, during the term of the Agreement, replacement and new fitness equipment and related supplies and services can be procured.
