France – Construction project management services – Projet Liaison ferroviaire Roissy-Picardie: Asssitance à maîtrise d'ouvrage, mission de planification

Under the Roissy-Picardie railway link project, the present contract concerns a planning project management assistance mission. The main objectives of the service are as follows: - to construct and maintain an ambitious and credible planning trajectory towards commercial commissioning; - to manage an integrated, robust and shared planning schedule, recognised by all stakeholders and financiers; - to anticipate and secure critical paths; - to seek alternative solutions and ways to optimise milestones in order to create operational margins. Planning management refers to the following main tasks: updating the master planning, establishing the physical progress, ensuring the completeness and coherence of the master planning, and implementing an adequate planning process. The contract is broken down as follows: - a firm 12-month tranche; - an optional tranche No. 01 of 12 months; - an optional tranche No. 02 of 6 months.
