1. The subject of the contract is the Delivery of a fluorescent imaging system for the Institute of Agrophysics named after Bohdan Dobrzański PAN in Lublin. 2. The scope of the contract includes the delivery to the Contracting Authority of a fluorescent imaging system for the Institute of Agrophysics named after Bohdan Dobrzański PAN in Lublin. The Contracting Authority requires a warranty period of at least 12 months for the subject of the contract. Bids with a shorter warranty period than specified above will be rejected. Note: The warranty period is an evaluation criterion for tenders in accordance with Section XVIII of the Contract Notice. 3. The contract title does not constitute the trade names of the manufacturers/distributors of the products, but is merely an auxiliary designation used by the Contracting Authority. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the Contract Notice.
