Delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment in an extension building of the "V. Aprilov" Educational Institution, UP I, Block 15a, according to the plan of the residential complex "Bratya Miladinovi", Burgas, in 2 separate lots: Lot 1: "Delivery, installation and commissioning of multimedia and computer equipment"; Lot 2: "Delivery, installation and commissioning of peripheral equipment". - The proposed equipment must be new, unused, in original factory packaging, and listed in the current product list of the respective manufacturer, and must not have been discontinued by the deadline for submission of tenders, as specified in the notice; - In case of discontinuation of the proposed equipment during the procedure due to the introduction of new technologies, equipment with the same or better characteristics from the current product list of the respective manufacturer must be offered; - All portable computers from the technical specification must comply with the requirements of Ordinance No. N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products, subject to public procurement (the Ordinance), in force from 13.08.2024. The participant must attach a certificate/document of conformity in the Technical Proposal. The contracting authority will accept any other suitable evidence, such as manufacturer's technical documentation or a test protocol from a conformity assessment body. - The participant in the procedure must apply an information services management system, certified by an accredited certification body, in accordance with the standard ISO 20000-1 or equivalent. - The participant in the procedure must apply an information security management system, certified by an accredited certification body, in accordance with the standard ISO 27001 or equivalent. - The participant in the procedure must apply a business continuity management system, certified by an accredited certification body, in accordance with the standard ISO 22301 or equivalent. - The contractor must have its own 24/7 technical support center (Help Desk), providing continuous service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Wherever a specific model, source, process, trademark, patent, type, origin, standard or production is mentioned in the technical specification, it must be read and understood as EQUIVALENT.
