Medical analysis services, CPV code 85148000-8 – Medical analysis services, in accordance with the requirements set out in the terms of reference and the annex to the terms of reference. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single economic operator, without retendering, for a period of 24 months. The services will be provided on the basis of subsequent contracts concluded during the validity of the framework agreement, usually quarterly, i.e. once every 3 months, or whenever the contracting authority's objective need dictates the purchase of the services, within the minimum/maximum quantities and values set out in the award documents. The provision of services will include the collection, transport and processing of samples, the performance of the requested medical analyses, as well as the transmission of results to the requesting departments/physicians, under the conditions and deadlines set out in the terms of reference. The deadline for submitting clarifications is 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. A clear and complete response will be sent at least 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
