Design and build contract for the construction of a Research, Training and Innovation building named Villa Naturalité for students, researchers and enterprises. The building will include offices, laboratories, an experimentation hall, multi-purpose rooms, a student health service, student facilities, an experimental kitchen, a free dining area with a café-herbal tea space, a 400-seat auditorium, a learning centre, associated technical facilities and outdoor spaces ( forecourt, drop-off areas, disabled parking, terrace). The total useful floor area is approximately 2000 m². This property development will include ambitious environmental performance objectives, with BDM, Silver level, certification expected.
