The subject of the procurement is the design and construction management of the comprehensive renovation of Katajanokan elementary school and LPK Luotsin, as well as the renovation of the pipe located on the elementary school plot, as a target and ceiling priced project. The project includes a comprehensive technical and functional renovation of the buildings of Katajanokan elementary school and LPK Luotsin, where the spaces are modernised, building technical systems are renewed and the external cladding and windows of the buildings are repaired. The project also aims to improve indoor air quality and energy efficiency. The project corrects accessibility issues. The size of Katajanokan elementary school is 3 250 m² and that of LPK Luotsin is 964 m². The buildings are located on adjacent plots in Helsinki at the addresses Laivastokuja 4 and 6.
