Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate contracts in accordance with §§ 130a para. 8/130c para. 1 SGB V for medicines with the aforementioned active substance within the period from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028 with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time (open-house model). Medicines according to the BfArM list in accordance with § 35 para. 5a SGB V (paediatric medicines) are excluded from the open house procedure.
