The subject of the procurement is the ophthalmic posterior segment device, the related maintenance and any consumables required for its use, as specified in the tender documents and its annexes. The estimated number of devices to be procured is one (1) and an option price is requested for two (2) additional devices by the end of 2028. If the budget allocated for the procurement of the devices is insufficient for the implementation of the procurement, the Procurement Unit reserves the right to: - change the quantity of devices indicated in the tender documents - terminate the procurement or part of it - cancel any procurement contract or part of it already concluded without notice period.
