Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Botulinumtoxin Typ A (ausschließlich Incobotulinum), ATC M03AX21 für die Zeit 01.12.2026 - 30.11.2028

Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the awarding of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB is carried out by DAK-Gesundheit. For medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract for the above-mentioned substance Botulinumtoxin Type A (exclusively Incobotulinum), ATC M03AX21, DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude medicine rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new medicine rebate contracts come into force. A rebate contract under the approval model for the above-mentioned substance will come into force for the first time on 01.12.2026 and will end on 30.11.2028. It will end automatically with the coming into force of the exclusive contract, regardless of this.
