The Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK), Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 Berlin is tendering for the LBM Renewal of South Infrastructure | 51-0137. The subject of the tendered services is the Extended Shell Construction for the New South Infrastructure. With the project "Renewal of South Infrastructure, CVK", the emergency power supply (backup power) of the southern development section of the Campus Virchow-Klinikum is to be provided. Furthermore, Charité improves the supply of the Campus Virchow Klinikum with the media cold and heat and expands the data and telecommunications infrastructure. With the implementation of the state construction measure "Renewal of South Infrastructure, CVK", the southwestern campus area is developed and at the same time an important building block for the campus supply is created with the new building "Technical Node". As part of the state construction measure, the following media are integrated into the existing campus infrastructure and expanded in a future-proof manner in the southwestern area of the Campus Virchow Klinikum: - Sewage and water systems, - Heat supply systems, - Cold supply systems, - High-voltage systems, - Telecommunications and information technology systems. After the measure has been implemented, in addition to the technical development, the logistical development of the southern campus will also meet the needs of modern medical care at the Campus Virchow Klinikum.
