Total enterprise in connection with Future Nørholm Design: Project Management: - Design management and IT management Design: - Adjustment of disposition proposals in relation to tendering and contracting. - Project proposal. - Sustainability consulting. The project shall be DGNB certified at level: Gold with heart. - Authority project incl. Application for building permit. - Tender project/Execution project. Consulting during execution: - Expert supervision. - Project follow-up - Delivery. The total consulting shall be provided in accordance with the Service Description for Construction and Landscape 2018 (YBL 2018). Reference is made to service delimitation schemes for the specific task, which are part of the tender material. Construction: Demolition: The task includes demolition of existing commercial buildings at the address Lillelundvej 26, 7400 Herning. The scope is approx. 2,130 m² buildings, built approx. year 1968, incl. All technical installations, above-ground oil tank etc. In the terrain, all fixed pavements and installations in the ground must be broken down and removed. Extension: New construction of a building containing service functions, common functions and 14 apartments. 12 detached apartments with own entrances and terraces in the terrain. In total approx. 1,960 m² extension area. Establishment of terraces and garden areas belonging to the new apartments and common functions. Renovation and conversion of existing building: Renovation and conversion of existing building mass at Allingevej 6, including: Demolition of approx. 375 m² building, located to the northwest. Conversion of approx. 1,507 m² building, from existing apartments to: - Common functions such as workshop, fitness room, music etc. - Administration, including office space, staff changing room, meeting room etc. - New café area, with associated terrace area in the terrain. - Expansion and conversion of kitchen. - Establishment of new entrances to 4 existing apartments, located to the north. External areas: Establishment of new parking area with entrance and exit to Lillelundvej. Establishment of fence and gate for securing access conditions around the entire area. Planting of grass, hedges, trees etc.
