Romania – Cleaning services – ”Achiziția de servicii de curățenie, dezinfecție și întreținere spații interioare necesar desfășurării activității structurilor care gestionează fonduri europene în calitate de AM din cadrul MTI”

The contracting authority intends to purchase, through this procedure, cleaning, disinfection and maintenance services for interior spaces necessary for the activities of the structures managing European funds as AM within MTI. The contract will be concluded for a period of 38 months from the date of signature, but no later than 31.12.2029, including the payment of the related services. We note that the duration of the contract in force expires on 23.10.2026, therefore the duration of the new contract will start from 24.10.2026. The space that will be the subject of the cleaning services is structured on 3 floors: floor 3, floor 4, floor 5 of Sema Park (London building), Splaiul Independenței no. 319, sector 6, Bucharest. The approximate areas regarding the interior spaces for which cleaning services are requested are: 1. Office spaces / halls: approx. 3,500 sq.m., 2. Sanitary spaces: approx. 200 sq.m. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/ additional information regarding the award documentation. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
