The subject of the contract is the supply of an ultrasonic homogenizer, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment", for the Department of Biomaterials and Medical Physics of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification code: 38436700-7 (ultrasonic disintegrators). 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the contract subject description - Annex 6 to the SWZ. 4. Delivery location of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Institute of Experimental Physics, Department of Biomaterials and Medical Physics, ul. Kładki 24, 80-822 Gdańsk, room 63. 5. The contracting authority requires a manufacturer's warranty for the equipment for a period of 24 months. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the contract draft – Annex 5 to the SWZ.
