This contract notice concerns Egedal Municipality's tender for a Framework Agreement for technical and client consultancy. The Framework Agreement is primarily used for technical consultancy for renovation, conversion and extension tasks in municipal properties. It can also be used for client consultancy in a broader sense. Reference is made to the task description. The Framework Agreement has a duration of three years plus an option for one additional year. The Framework Agreement has an estimated value of 10 million DKK, but can be increased to 15 million DKK, which thus constitutes the maximum value of the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement is entered into with one consultancy firm, and tasks are continuously "ordered" via a purchase order where the task content and terms are agreed. The consultant must deliver services in accordance with Danish Architects' Association and the Association of Consulting Engineers' service descriptions, Construction and Landscape 2018 ("YBL 18") and Client Consultancy 2019 ("YBB19"). Furthermore, ABR 18 is the basis for the cooperation between the Consultant and Egedal Municipality.
