Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – ITSM Oplossing

The objective of this procurement is to select a supplier for a sustainable IT Service Management solution that effectively supports the ICT service delivery of HLTsamen and aligns with the scale and development ambitions of the organisation. The solution is based on ITIL principles and best practices and contributes to standardisation, manageability and further digitalisation of service delivery. Furthermore, the solution increases user self-reliance and integrates with the existing application landscape. The current selection phase aims to select a limited number of suitable candidates. In this phase, it is assessed which suppliers, in terms of vision, product direction and experience, best align with the objectives and context of HLTsamen. The contract relates to an organisation with approximately 500 end-users and around 60 ITSM handlers, where the solution is deployed to support all primary IT service processes. The exact contract scope, duration and financial frameworks will be further elaborated in the tender phase. No rights can be derived from the mentioned numbers.
