Netherlands – Construction work for sports facilities – Design & Build zwembad Sommelsdijk

The contract concerns the new construction of a swimming pool in Sommelsdijk. In December 2025, the municipality of Goeree-Overflakkee decided to build a new swimming pool in Sommelsdijk, next to the existing recreation centre De Staver. The contract concerns, in outline: - the execution of the design and consultancy work required for the realisation of the project; - the realisation of the new construction of the swimming pool and childcare facilities; - demolition of the existing swimming pool; - renovation of the catering and entrance; - maintenance period and active aftercare of 24 months; - optimisation of energy consumption over a period of 24 months.
