Poland – Portable computers – Dostawa sprzętu komputerowego wraz z oprogramowaniem dla Miejskiego Biura Finansów Oświaty m.st. Warszawy, z podziałem na dwie części

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of new, unused, and technically functional computer equipment along with software and a commitment to providing warranty repair services for the ordered equipment, for facilities managed by the Municipal Education Finance Office of the City of Warsaw (MBFO), divided into two parts. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts and includes the delivery of computer equipment along with software and warranty service, namely: 1) Part 1 – delivery of 431 units of school computers for students and teachers, desktop, all-in-one type, along with software and warranty service, including: a) 389 units – desktop computers, all-in-one type I (subject to 0% VAT), b) 41 units – desktop computers, all-in-one type I (subject to 23% VAT), c) 1 unit – desktop computer, all-in-one type II (subject to 0% VAT), 2) Part 2 – delivery of 58 units of school laptops for students and teachers along with software and warranty service, including: a) 54 units – Laptops type I (subject to 23% VAT), b) 4 units – Laptops type II (subject to 23% VAT), – in accordance with the subject of the contract description, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ (subject of the contract description) and Annex 1 to the SWZ (price form).
