EDF SEI Guyane operates several thermal power plants in the Interior Communes of French Guiana, which require a regular supply of non-road diesel to function. To supply fuel to the power plants in communes not connected to a road and located on the Maroni, the Oyapock and in the KAW marsh, EDF SEI Guyane calls upon pirogue transport companies. The present consultation aims to award a contract for services including storage, packaging, transport, and delivery of fuel by river and/or road to the power plants in the Interior Communes operated by EDF in French Guiana.
