Denmark – Surveillance and security systems and devices – Overfaldsalarmsystem samt tilhørende udstyr til det sociale område i Region Syddanmark
Description
The procurement concerns a contract for a Panic Alarm System and associated equipment for the Region's staff and citizens, including installation, operation and maintenance of Equipment and software. The Panic Alarm System is to be used by approximately 1,750 employees with approximately 500 simultaneous users/employees distributed across 20 locations (detailed information about the locations will follow from the tender conditions). The Customer wishes to procure, with the forthcoming Contract, a future-proof, coherent Panic Alarm System that will contribute to increasing personal safety. The Customer's intention with the procurement is to optimise and modernise the citizen-centred care work at the centres and to ensure a safe working environment for the staff. The Customer wishes for a solution that can advise the staff about both actively and passively triggered alarms and emergency calls in relation to incidents, for example when an employee or a citizen activates alarms and emergency calls. The solution is also expected to be able to advise the staff about potentially imminent incidents such as atypical and potentially inappropriate behaviour among citizens. The Panic Alarm System includes: • Staff safety with panic alarm and colleague assistance for staff at the centres. • Resident emergency and service calls at the centres. • Positioning at room and zone level. • Securing of the centres with automatically generated alarms when a resident passes building sections, outer doors and cadastral boundaries. • App solution for smartphone and tablet (iOS/Android) for receiving alarms. • Maintenance and troubleshooting of Equipment and administrative system. The requested Panic Alarm System thus includes all necessary and relevant equipment and infrastructure elements as well as activities related to implementation, setup and maintenance of Equipment. The Panic Alarm System further includes the Customer's access to independently administer and configure the solution via a suitable administrative module. The tenderer must offer installation at the following additional locations as options: • Bihuset Døgn • Bihuset Aflastning • Nymarksvej • Røjleskov • Egely • Lunden The Customer has decided not to divide the contract into sub-contracts, as there is some functional overlap between the services covered by the contract. The Customer has therefore assessed it as most appropriate that the overall solution is delivered in the same contract, as this will provide the opportunity to carry out joint administration of the solution, which supports effective workflows at the Customer. See the expected project timeline in the tender material.
