4. Description of the subject of the contract

4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of operational leasing with the option to purchase a brand-new baling press for waste, with equipment and a PET bottle perforator, as well as a new feeding conveyor for the press, along with installation, hereinafter referred to as the “leasing subject.”

4.2. The requirements for the baling press, i.e., the required technical parameters and the required minimum equipment, have been specified in the description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

4.3. Insurance of the baling press is the responsibility of the Contracting Authority.

4.4. Requirements for operational leasing:

● leasing settled in PLN,

● 48 leasing instalments,

● leasing instalments are equal, constant, and unchanging throughout the leasing period, with the exception of changes permitted directly in the provisions of the draft contract.

● The base rate WIBOR 1M as of the date of sending the notice to the Official Journal of the European Union serves solely for the calculation of the offer and does not automatically change the instalments after the conclusion of the contract.

● Instalments are payable starting from the month following the delivery of the subject of the contract, on every 10th day of the month,

● the value of the advance payment – 1,500,000.00 PLN net + VAT,

● the advance payment is payable within 7 days of signing the leasing agreement,

● option to purchase,

● the value of purchasing the leasing subject after the completion of the leasing agreement – 1% of the value of the leasing subject /increased by VAT/.

4.5. Warranty period – at least 24 months /without engine-hour limitation/.

4.6. Service conditions: service maintenance with an authorized representative of the manufacturer.

4.7. The machine must be technically functional, ready for operation, and free of legal defects.

6.6. The Contracting Authority designates at least two dates for the local inspection - 28 July 2026 and 30 July 2026, between 10:00-14:00. At least 2 working days before the designated dates for the local inspection, each potential Contractor shall notify the Contracting Authority in writing to the address [email protected] of their intention to participate in the local inspection. After such notification, the Contracting Authority shall immediately inform the Contractor of the exact time of the local inspection.
