The assignment involves the construction of 56 new public dwellings, a community house and outdoor areas in a total enterprise within the economic framework. The 56 dwellings and community house shall be constructed on cadastral plot nos. 17bb and 17bc Bellinge By, Bellinge with an area of 4,987 m². With the project, Civica aims to create the framework for a living and future-proof housing environment, where green transition and community are a natural part of everyday life. The development is expected to attract a diverse mix of residents by offering different ways to live, a high-quality and safe neighbourhood, inviting outdoor spaces and architectural quality. Bellinge Fælled is already an attractive residential area in the south-western part of Odense with good access to schools, daycare institutions, green areas and public transport. The area is characterised by a family-friendly environment and a strong local community. A new public housing department will be able to contribute positively to the local environment by supporting a differentiated housing supply that can attract a broad variation of citizens.
