Description

Subject of the tender is the delivery of a remote-controlled fire support vehicle on a tracked chassis, including all equipment, attachments, and accessories required for operation, as well as the transport trailer. The system is to support the fire department in fire fighting, technical assistance, ventilation of incident sites, as well as reconnaissance and transport tasks. In particular, for:

- Fires in public and private underground car parks and multi-storey car parks (increased risk potential due to increasing e-mobility)

- Fires in large industrial and commercial enterprises (e.g. fires in production and storage halls, logistics centres)

- Fires in waste disposal centres, substations

- Fires in agricultural buildings (stable facilities, machine halls, large barns with possible collapse risk due to wooden construction)

- Forest, vegetation and embankment fires (increasing risk potential due to longer periods of heat and drought)

- Road traffic accidents with vehicle fires on the A29

The vehicle must have compact dimensions and at the same time guarantee a high payload, sufficient climbing ability, and a powerful energy supply. In particular, the scope of delivery includes a remote-controlled monitor for the discharge of foam-water mixtures, a high-performance fan, various video and camera systems, charging devices, remote control devices, and trailers for transport and storage. The aim is to procure a fully operational overall system. The tendering procedure also includes the qualification of the operators and multipliers of the fire support vehicle. All training modules are described in the specification.
