The subject of the Contract is the provision of a service as part of the implementation of a task entitled “Collection and disposal of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the area of the Municipality of Chybie”. 2. The scope of work includes: 1) collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from inhabited properties in the area of the Municipality of Chybie, 2) collection, transport and disposal of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), 3) organisation and operation of mobile collection of furniture and other bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment and used tyres from households, 4) provision of a service for the collection of expired medicines from specified pharmacies, 5) provision of a service for the collection of used batteries from designated points, 6) delivery to owners/managers of properties covered by the contract of bags intended for the collection of segregated waste. 3. The detailed scope and conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the draft contractual provisions (PPU), which are annexes to the Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ).
