Poland – Stamp-impressed paper – Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie poddruków zaświadczeń i świadectw oraz ich dystrybucja do okręgowych komisji egzaminacyjnych i Centralnej Komisji Egzaminacyjnej w 2027 i 2028 roku

The subject of the contract is: 1) Task I - 2027 Reprints - design and production of reprints of certificates detailing the results of the eighth-grade exam, reprints of certificates confirming vocational qualifications, reprints of maturity certificates, on watermarked paper with a special chemical composition preventing trace-free removal of the print, and distribution of the aforementioned materials to the premises of 8 district examination commissions and the Central Examination Commission. 2) Task II - 2027 Reprints - production (including possible adaptation of designs) of reprints of certificates detailing the results of the eighth-grade exam, reprints of certificates confirming vocational qualifications, reprints of maturity certificates, on watermarked paper with a special chemical composition preventing trace-free removal of the print, and distribution of the aforementioned materials to the premises of 8 district examination commissions and the Central Examination Commission. 2. The contracting authority reserves the right to use, within the framework of each of the tasks specified in paragraph 1, the right of option consisting in extending the subject of the contract by an additional number of reprint copies, in the event of demand exceeding the scope of the basic contract. The contracting authority will inform the contractor of the exercise of the right of option during the implementation of the contract for the award of the public contract, but not earlier than after the delivery of the basic contract has been completed within the framework of the given Task. The maximum scope of the option within each Task will not exceed 60,000 copies in total: up to 10,000 copies of certificates detailing the results of the eighth-grade exam/up to 50,000 copies of maturity certificates/certificates confirming vocational qualifications. The right of option may be exercised through a one-time order or through successive orders placed by the contracting authority. Each order within the framework of the right of option will not be less than 10,000 copies. If the contracting authority does not exercise all or part of the right of option (the exercise of the right of option does not reach the maximum assumptions of 60,000 copies of reprints within the framework of the Task), the contractor will not be entitled to any claim against the contracting authority for the exercise of the right of option, including for lost benefits, to which the contractor agrees irrevocably. Within the framework of the right of option, the contracting authority is entitled to extend the subject of the contract by the number and type of reprints according to the actual demand. The delivery time for reprints within the framework of the right of option (Task I, Task II) is each time up to 30 days from the date of notification by the contracting authority of the additional demand. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (DOS) is specified in Annex 1a and 1b to the SWZ. 4. The contractor is obliged to perform activities related to the production of reprints by persons employed by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract in accordance with Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template and the description of the subject of the contract. 5. In the event that the contractor undertakes in the submitted offer to employ, on the basis of an employment contract and to assign to the implementation of the subject of the contract new persons (disabled, unemployed), the contractor, at the request of the contracting authority, provides a declaration of its own and of the employed workers about the conclusion between the parties of the aforementioned contract. The content of the declaration must indicate that one of the newly employed persons has the status of a disabled person, and the other had the status of an unemployed person immediately before this employment.
