Belgium – Erection and related works of roof frames and coverings – RENOCLICK – RENOVATIE VAN DAKEN ≤ 400 M² IN HET BRUSSELS HOOFDSTEDELIJK GEWEST

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the execution of insulation or insulation and renovation works of flat and/or pitched roofs with an area of 400 m² or less of public buildings in Brussels. The contract includes, inter alia (non-exhaustive list): • The supply and installation of all the equipment and materials required for the insulation or insulation and renovation of a roof of any type; • The supply and installation of temporary or permanent collective protective equipment at the request of the relevant Public Authority, the supply and installation of permanent collective protective equipment; • The transport and handling of equipment and materials; • The guarantees (decennial, etc.); • The compilation of the file for the possible obtaining of grants or subsidies.
