Supply of reagents and consumables for the performance of haematology tests, in accordance with the specifications of the task book. In addition to the delivery of kits with reagents and dedicated consumables for obtaining the tests, it is also necessary to make available, free of charge, for the entire duration of the framework agreement/contracts, two analysers (one as back-up). In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017), corroborated with the provisions of Article 27 of Government Decision No. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification (if these have been received in time), on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the Participation Notice. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days.
