Headhunting for non C-level 2026-2030 in 9 lots - The subject of the contract is to engage selection agencies (headhunters) to fill senior management and/or expert positions (non C-level) within all entities of the SNCB (including Ypto), in addition to recruitment carried out by the SNCB itself. Within the SNCB, this corresponds to NRP (New Reward Plan) classes 2 to 7. The contract is divided into different lots. At the time of submitting their application, selection agencies (headhunters) must indicate which lots they are interested in. Each lot corresponds to a category of profile. Lot 1: finance / Lot 2: engineer / Lot 3: human resources / Lot 4: IT, data and cybersecurity / Lot 5: supply chain, logistics and procurement / Lot 6: marketing, sales, communication and customer service / Lot 7: legal / Lot 8: safety, traffic and mobility / Lot 9: senior management, change management and other management functions.
