Poland – Exhibition equipment – Zagospodarowanie budynku pokopalnianego Łaźni Moszczenica w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju – Etap III – Porozumienie Jastrzębskie

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task: “Revitalisation of the former mine building Łaźni Moszczenica in Jastrzębie-Zdrój” co-financed under the European Funds for Śląskie 2021-2027, Priority: FESL.10. “European Funds for Transformation”, Action FSL.10.09 “Reuse of post-industrial, degraded, degraded areas for regional development purposes”, Co-financing Agreement for the project “Revitalisation of the former mine building Łaźni Moszczenica in Jastrzębie-Zdrój” no. FESL.10.09-IZ.01-1148/25. 2. The scope of the task in Phase III is the supply and installation of specialised exhibition equipment and multimedia systems, the aim of which is to comprehensively complete and launch a permanent exhibition. Construction works and design services are complementary in nature and serve to implement the main service, which is the completion of a complete exhibition. The scope of work includes: - preparation of the construction/technical and execution design of the exhibition, - implementation of the spatial arrangement of the exhibition space with the supply and installation of equipment, - implementation of exhibition lighting (including installation cabling), - development of interactive applications, - acquisition of iconographic materials, - preparation of translations, - development and implementation of multimedia content and audio guides. The subject of the contract also includes equipping the server room with multimedia equipment to the extent necessary to manage the exhibition. The exhibition will be located on two floors: the fourth and third floors, while the server room will be located on the fourth floor of the Łaźni Moszczenica building, plot no. 787/14, at ul. Towarowa 7, in Jastrzębie-Zdrój. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is the technical documentation (Attachment No. 10 to SWZ) Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793 as amended), the Contracting Authority, by describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PZPN, allows for solutions equivalent to those described in the contract documentation.
