The subject of the contract is: Delivery of small laboratory equipment for the needs of the organisational units of the Medical University of Silesia in Wrocław. The subject of the contract has been divided into 9 (nine) separate parts, each of which is subject to separate evaluation and includes the following items:

Part 1

Acroprep ADV 96 350 ul Omega 3k 10pk - 96-well filtration plate for preparing proteomic LC-MS/MS samples, packed in 10 pieces, catalogue number – 8033 or equivalent:

Part 9

1. IHC Microscope Slides FLEX - special microscope slides 500 pieces, catalogue number - K8020 or equivalent - 1 package (Z-2512/604/26)

2. User-Fillable Reagent Bottles 5 ml - plastic reagent bottles, colour - milky white, semi-transparent, cuboid shape, with a cylindrical insert in the middle of the bottle, with a cap, 5 ml, 25 pieces, catalogue number - SK200 or equivalent – 1 package (Z-2512/604/26)

2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet (Attachment No. 2 Part 1 – 9 to SWZ). The Purchaser requires that the offered products meet the requirements set out in the Technical Information Sheet. The detailed terms and conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the Contract Template (Attachment No. 4 to SWZ).

3. When describing the subject of the contract, the Purchaser has listed the manufacturer's name and the catalogue numbers of the laboratory equipment, in order to indicate the quality standards of the product and to precisely define the subject of the contract. In cases where the subject of the contract description indicates trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a special process that characterizes the products supplied by a specific Contractor, it means that the Purchaser cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner. In such situations, any references to trademarks, patents, origin, source or special process, should be read with the words “or equivalent”.

4. In accordance with Article 99(6) of the Pzp, the Purchaser allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers, i.e. offers with parameters and properties no worse than those specified by the Purchaser in the Technical Information Sheet Attachment No. 2 to SWZ (Part 1 - 9).

5. In the case of offering a product other than that indicated by the Purchaser, the Contractor is obliged to prove in the offer that the supplies offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Purchaser by providing the appropriate name of the offered product, the name of the manufacturer and the catalogue number, or other features unambiguously indicating the offered products, in the Price List Form constituting Attachment No. 3 to SWZ (Part 1 - 9). Equivalent products must:

1) Have the composition and features as the laboratory equipment specified in Attachment No. 2 to SWZ (Part 1 - 9),

2) Have the capacity and mass of packages as the laboratory equipment indicated in Attachment No. 2 to SWZ (Part 1 - 9),

3) Have a warranty period no shorter than in the case of their counterparts from Attachment No. 2 to SWZ (Part 1 - 9).

6. The deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract for each part of the contract – max. 21 working days from the date of signing the contract.
