Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie stałych odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Kamienica w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is a service involving the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from property owners, where residents live, in the area of Kamienica Municipality, as well as holiday homes and other properties used for recreational purposes, and a selective waste collection point. The contractor, in performing the contract, undertakes to take all possible, reasonable actions and efforts within its competence, in accordance with the applicable laws, aimed at achieving the highest possible level of recycling, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, of 2026, item 912), and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Kamienica Municipality.
