4.1. The subject of the contract is the Supply of computer equipment, lease computers, notebooks, clusters, network devices, developer workstations for the University of Lodz. 4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the Price List, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4.3. Delivery in parts 1, 2, 4 - 8 includes brand new and unused equipment. In part 3, it includes used equipment. 4.4. The term "delivery" shall mean delivery at the Contractor's own cost and risk of the equipment required by the Purchaser.
